Colton criminal Warrant 

Judge Issues Criminal Warrant for Roland Colton 

A San Diego Judge ordered a criminal warrant for Roland Colton. Colton was unlawfully operating an insurance company called Insurance Ventures, and which Colton was alleged to be comingling money to Colton's personal expenses including unaccounted millions of dollars to Colton's French chateau.

 The California Department Of Insurance  Concluded That Colton And Roesser Were Doing 
Business As Insurance Ventures (IV) And Were The Proper Subjects Of A DOI Criminal Investigation. 
On or about November 8, 2004, a search warrant was issued based on the California Department of Insurance Investigator’s conclusion that “Roland Colton and Paul Roesser, doing business as 
Insurance Ventures, Inc., are operating a highly organized and sophisticated scheme designed to 
defraud insurance companies of premium monies.”   On November 10, 2004, 
the California Department of Insurance executed the search warrant on IV/Colton & Roesser’s offices, seizing 18 boxes of documents and other evidence.

Among other criminal warrants and indictments, Colton has had a number  of other criminal acts to which he plead guilty.  

Roland Colton Plead Guilty Twice 
 

Colton has a number of criminal judgments.  Colton manages a career as an attorney with criminal indictments for deception and financial and moral turpitude, including dishonesty. Roland Colton has serial personal bankruptcies filed in 2012, 2013, & 2014 (among others) and  criminal acts,  criminal indictments, of which two resulted in criminal Judgments, United States vs. Roland Colton 1983,  and United States vs. Roland Colton 2006.  

 

Roland Colton testified under oath in his deposition taken in the Superior Court County of Sacramento Case. No. 04AS00268 where Colton admitted to being convicted of a felony in 1983 as follows:
